yk99 — FAQ & Support
Get detailed answers to the most frequently asked questions about bonuses, payments, the VIP club, and slot games — all on one page.
While playing at yk99, a lot of questions can come to mind — how bonuses work, what to do if you have trouble making a deposit, how to move up in the VIP club, or which slot game suits you. On this page we have organized the answers to all those common questions into four sections. If you still have something to ask after reading the answers, our 24/7 support team is always ready.
Bonuses & Offers Bonus
At yk99, bets placed on slot games, fishing games, and most casino games count toward completing the wagering requirement. However, some table games and live casino games may have limited or zero contribution. Before starting any game, it is wise to check that game's contribution rate in the bonus terms and conditions. If in doubt, ask support.
No, the welcome bonus is available only once per player. yk99's 120% first-deposit bonus of up to ৳15,000 is given only at the time of the first deposit. Opening multiple accounts for the same person is against the rules and may result in account suspension if detected.
Yes, after a bonus has been activated you can contact support within the specified period to request cancellation. Keep in mind that cancelling the bonus will also remove any winnings earned from the bonus balance. It is a good idea to consult the support team before cancelling.
At yk99, wagering is calculated based only on the bonus amount — the deposit amount is not included. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳1,200 bonus. Placing a total of ৳24,000 in bets (20 times the ৳1,200 bonus) will allow you to withdraw winnings earned from the bonus.
Each bonus has its own validity period, which is stated in the bonus terms and conditions at the time of activation. If the wagering is not completed within the set time, the unused bonus and any winnings earned from it will be cancelled. It is important to read the terms and conditions carefully right after accepting a bonus.
The yk99 welcome bonus goes up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: if someone deposits ৳26,000, the 120% bonus would come to ৳31,200, but because the maximum cap is ৳15,000 they will receive ৳15,000 — bringing the total balance to ৳41,000. For a smaller deposit: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total of ৳2,200.
Deposits Payment
In most cases the deposit is added to your balance within a few minutes. If it still does not appear after 15 minutes, take the transaction reference number and a screenshot from your mobile banking app and contact yk99 support via live chat. Providing the correct details will get the issue resolved quickly.

• Silver — up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 0.6% weekly cashback

Slot Games Slots
Volatility refers to the win-and-loss rhythm of a slot game. High-volatility games produce big wins occasionally but have longer dry spells. Low-volatility games pay out smaller wins more frequently. Medium volatility gives an experience somewhere between the two. It is best to choose volatility based on your budget and patience.
With a limited budget, it is better to choose low or medium volatility slots, as they produce smaller wins more frequently and it is easier to keep your balance going for longer. In addition, games with a lower minimum bet cost less per spin, so you can play for more time. For new players, starting with smaller bets is the recommended approach.
Free spins can be earned in two ways — when a bonus feature is triggered inside the game, or as part of a yk99 promotion. Winnings from promotional free spins often come with a wagering requirement, whereas winnings from in-game bonus spins are added directly to your balance. It is important to read the conditions.
Yes, in a progressive jackpot a small portion of every bet is added to the jackpot pool, so the pool grows over time. It keeps growing until someone wins the jackpot. After the jackpot is won, the pool starts again from zero. The prize can be triggered on any spin at any time — there is no guarantee of a specific amount.
RTP (Return to Player) is a game's long-term theoretical payout rate — it does not tell you how much you will get back in a single session. A higher RTP means the game tends to return comparatively more over the long run. However, RTP alone does not determine the outcome of your play — volatility, bet size, and luck are equally important.
Slot games are run by a Random Number Generator (RNG), so every spin is completely independent. No specific strategy can guarantee a win. However, setting a budget before playing, choosing low-volatility games, and not chasing losses are habits that are part of responsible play and help you enjoy the game for longer.
