3.3 Updating Information

• ৳26,000 deposit → ৳15,000 bonus (maximum limit) → total ৳41,000

8.1 Action by yk99

yk99 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without notice in the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a breach of the Terms is found.
• If identity verification has not been completed.
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period.
• If suspicious or unusual transaction patterns are observed.
• On the order of a court or competent authority.

8.2 Action by the User

You may request to close your account at any time. Contact the support team to make a request. Withdraw any valid balance before the account is closed.

yk99 is not liable in any way for the following:

• Game interruptions caused by your internet disconnection or device failure.
• Delays or errors from third-party payment services.
• Unexpected technical issues or server downtime.
• Loss resulting from sharing account credentials with others.
• Service interruptions due to external causes (natural disasters, cyberattacks, etc.).

yk99's total liability shall under no circumstances exceed the actual deposit amount you made during the relevant period.
